The "BALADA" is one of the renowned music band in
Romania.
The most member of "BALADA" are student or they
study at the Academy of music.
"BALADA" perform folklore and cafe-concert music.
The folklore songs are very various, from all regions in
Romania.
The songs are played at traditional instruments, like:
- violin;
- pan's flute;
- contrabass;
- accordion;
- trumpet;
- clarinet;
- saxophone
- cembalo;
- etc.

In fact, the artistic value of the band, under Marinicã
Botea's baton, was revealed in all the editions of the "Folklore National Students' Festivals" is certain shows realized with great singers, such as Sofia Vicoveanca, Angela Moldovan, Laura Lavric, Irina Loghin, Nicolae Glib, Ioan Bocsa, Stefan Pintilie, Dragan Muntean and this values was also revealed on tours and international festivals in Algeria, Belgium, Egypt, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Italy,Luxembourg, Morocco, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Sweden, Spain, Turkey, USA. |
